It was probably our biggest DEVMEET yet! How many people actually attended? (I know there were a lot of you who said you could come and didn't...
It was a shame we couldn't get the pro models in as planned, but thanks to Rasa, Mon and Sam for helping. Thanks to all the people who did get infront of the camera too.
Apologies to the other artists (as the majority was photographers) who were left just standing there. I still hope you enjoyed yourself.
I will plan a bigger and better one in the future.
Next time we should plan to have actual giveaways: such as free subs, etc.
Mary
To those who attended, do you mind leaving feedback?
*What'd you think?
*Were you happy with it?
*Would you come again?
*What could have been done to make it better?
*Would it be better if there was an actual 'venue'?

I enjoyed it and it was great to meet everyone, icecold207@hotmail.com is my email so add me on Facebook and msn and all that jazz
For next time though I think it would be better to have a set place or theme so that way everyone can join in in their own artistic way.

Was pretty fun. Enjoyed it heaps
*Were you happy with it?
Yup! lol
*Would you come again?
Stupid question for me. I go to all of them anyway. haha
*What could have been done to make it better?
Ummm...I think just having good people and some fun is pretty good. Maybe something like a scavenger hunt like Flickr was doing?
*Would it be better if there was an actual 'venue'?
Doesnt matter really.
Loved meeting you all! *hugs and cuddles to everybody*

I was pretty happy with it, I'd come again, but obviously something wasn't quite happening. I guess its the curse of artistic mediums that its hard to force people to find inspiration or to be interested in taking photos. I would say a more defined subject would have helped, but there were honestly too many people around for one subject at a time, and everyone would just get the same photos (although I suspect that happened anyway).
There needed to be more motivation for each photographer to try to make their own shot rather than just take what was there, or stand around doing nothing. Not a clue how you do that
I'm not sure on the "actual venue" thing... it could either limit the photography or inspire it. so i suppose that depends.
It was great fun meeting you all
